Return & Refund

  1. Application of replacement/refunds

 

  • •Subject to the terms and conditions in this Refunds and Return Policy and the Terms of Service, Shoppers may apply for replacement of the purchased items (“Item”) and/or refund prior to the expiry of the Bullmart Guarantee period of 14 days.

 

  • •Bullmart Guarantee is a service provided by Bullmart to assist Shoppers in dealing with certain conflicts which may arise during the course of a transaction.

 

  1. Refund/Replacement Criteria’s (Shoppers’ applications must be submitted via the Bullmart mobile app.)

 

  • •The Item has not been received by Shopper;
  • •The Item received is incomplete (missing quantity or accessories);
  • •The seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, color, etc.) to Shopper;
  • •The Item delivered to Shopper is materially different from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the Item;
  • •The Item received has physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, shattered);
  • •The Item received is faulty (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended);
  • •By way of private agreement with Seller and Seller must send his/her confirmation to Bullmart confirming such agreement;
  • •Change of mind (shipping charges are borne by the shopper)

 

  1. Rights of Seller

 

  • •When Bullmart receives an application from Shopper for the refund/replacement of the Item, Bullmart will notify Seller in writing. Sellers must respond within the stipulated period of 3 days. Should Bullmart not hear from Seller within the Stipulated Period, Bullmart will assume that Seller has no response to Shopper’s application and will proceed to assess Shoppers application without further notice to the Seller.

 

  • •Bullmart will review each response on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, to make sure Bullmart remains a safe and user-friendly platform for all our users. And to take necessary action whenever an application doesn’t bear any results.

•Sellers in all scenarios, have to accept a replacement order/refund if criteria is met by the Shopper



  1. Condition of returns

 

  • •In the case where Shoppers requests for a replacement or refund an item, sellers are to choose a method of logistics between:
  1. Pickup Bullmart logistics team to pick up the item from shopper; or
  2. Drop-Off shopper to drop-off item at our nearest logistics partner branch, (print and apply included Shipping label on parcel)

 

  • •Shoppers should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Item, must be returned to the Seller in the condition received by the Shopper on delivery. We will recommend Shoppers to take a photo of the item upon receipt.

 

 

  1. Liability of Return Shipping Fee

 

  • •In the scenario of an unforeseen error from the Seller’s end (e.g. – damaged, faulty or wrong Item delivered to the shopper), Sellers will bear the Shoppers return shipping fee.
  • •In the scenario of the Shoppers change of mind, Shoppers will bear the return shipping fee.
  • •In the scenario where both seller-shopper disputing the party liable for the return shipping fee, Bullmart at its sole discretion will determine the party liable for the return shipping fee.
  • •In the scenario where the “change of mind” item returned to the Seller is not in the condition received by the Shopper on delivery, the item will be shipped back to the Shopper, Shoppers will bear the return shipping fee.
  • •In the scenario where the item returned to the seller is not deemed faulty or incorrect as the shopper suggested, the item will be shipped back to the shopper, shoppers will bear the return shipping fee.

 

  1. Refunds

 

  • •Shoppers will only be refunded after Bullmart has received the confirmation from Seller that Seller has received the returned item. In the event where Bullmart does not hear from Seller within 14 days, Bullmart will be at liberty to refund the applicable sum to the Shopper without further notice to Seller. The refund will be made to the Shoppers “Bullpay Wallet” account.

 

  1. Replacement

 

  • •Shopper’s item will only be replaced after Bullmart has received the confirmation from Seller that Seller has received the returned item. In the event where Bullmart does not hear from Seller within 14 days, Bullmart will be at liberty to provide an option to refund the applicable sum to the Shopper or extension of replacement date prior to noticing Sellers. In the case where Bullmart still does not hear from Seller within 3 days after being notified, Bullmart will proceed the application of refund to Shoppers. The refund will be made to the Shoppers “Bullpay Wallet” account.

 

  1. Communication between Shopper and Seller

 

•Bullmart encourages Users to communicate with each other in the case where a problem arises in a purchase. As Bullmart is a platform for Users to conduct trading, Shoppers should contact Sellers directly for any issue relating to the Item purchased.
